GSMA Ltd is seeking an Event Registration/Technology Project Manager to join the Technology, Innovation and Customer Experience (TICX) team in London on a contract until March 2027 (Inside IR35). The role covers the full lifecycle of our events, from pre-event planning to onsite delivery, and serves as the main point of contact for assigned projects and workstreams. Key activities include coordinating project meetings, tracking milestones, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities also encompass configuring and maintaining event registration systems (including pass configuration and email/system content), leading User Acceptance Testing, documenting business requirements and process flows, and contributing to the evolution of the event technology platform. You will plan and resource onsite registration operations—dimensioning onsite services, collateral design and ordering, signage planning, onsite scanning, and staff training—along with risk and contingency planning, process documentation, and reporting/budgeting to inform decision-making.
