This on-site role will lead high-performing engineering teams, partner with Product, Architecture and Design to plan and scope the product and technical roadmap, and be accountable for delivery, technical stability and performance of applications. You will manage the team day to day, conduct performance reviews, hire and upskill, and handle HR matters with care. You will work with Product, Design, QA and Architecture to build strong relationships and advocate for the team’s needs. You will drive continuous improvement through data and feedback, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure wellbeing and manageable workloads. Experience in iGaming, Fintech, or similar high-traffic, regulated industries is a plus. Experience leading distributed teams, Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), incident management, and budget awareness are desirable.
