Division Accountant II will perform intermediate division accounting activities to support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational execution. Under moderate supervision, you will prepare reconciliations, process journal entries, analyze divisional financial data with moderate impact on team results, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve accounting issues. Primary responsibilities include preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, analysis of variances, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for division accounting functions; maintaining organized documentation to support internal controls and audit readiness; and assisting with audit materials and divisional analyses. You will provide guidance or assistance to entry-level accounting staff as appropriate and may recommend improvements to workflows or system utilization. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and experience with ERP systems and spreadsheets.
