Role overview: The Director serves as the organization’s senior internal HR expert with functional ownership of People Operations, including employee relations and compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, workforce planning, organizational learning, employee experience, and people systems and analytics. The role combines HR expertise with systems thinking, organizational development, and evidence-based decision making. The Director leads the People Operations function in collaboration with the Managing Director of People Operations and other leaders when people strategy intersects with organizational strategy, structure, financial stewardship, risk management, leadership effectiveness, and major organizational change.
