Role: Deli Assistant Team Lead at Bashas'. Located in Chandler, Arizona. This position focuses on leading a deli/bistro team and developing into a deli/bistro manager in training. The successful candidate will strive to meet department goals and deliver excellent service, product knowledge, and high-quality deli/bistro offerings. Responsibilities include directing department staff in the absence of the deli/bistro manager, communicating with the store director and department supervisors, and ordering products and supplies to maintain stock levels and keep merchandising standards.
