Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Manager – Lead a diverse team of technicians and engineers responsible for designing, deploying, and operating data center infrastructure across multiple sites to support Amazon's AWS global footprint. You will drive operational excellence, manage capacity and deployment strategies, and deliver seamless connectivity while upholding safety standards and optimizing cost. You will supervise the installation and configuration of server racks, monitor performance with defined metrics, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, scalable data center operations. Responsibilities include developing and leading teams, delivering capacity to existing data centers, assisting in building and bringing online new data centers, and implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity management. The role requires travel between data center locations and may involve working at alternative sites during training. Qualifications include 2+ years in a data center technology role, experience with TCP/IP networking and fiber/cabling, and prior leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include a related IT degree and relevant certifications (CCENT, Network+, CCNA). This is an on-site role based in Canton, Mississippi, United States, with travel as needed.
