Deliver accurate and timely reporting; analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights; respond to reporting requests with meaningful solutions; strengthen data quality and confidence; build reporting tools that staff use; collaborate across the organization to translate business questions into analytics; support quality improvement, compliance, performance measurement, and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights; streamline reporting and increase data accessibility. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or Associate degree with two years of data analysis experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, or performance measures; strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioriti
