Key duties include: - Deputize IE Monitoring & Assessment activities; contribute to the IE Assessment (IEA) led by SHAPE J10. - Ensure continuous information exchange with responsible IEA counterparts in SHAPE J10 and other NATO commands; provide input to updates and awareness briefings to COM JSEC and JSEC staff. - Contribute to planning and execution of information and communication activities (ICA) as part of JSEC planning and decision-making processes (CPOE, OPP, campaign synchronization). - Assist in message alignment and coordination to shape the information environment based on IEA results. - Contribute to development of StratCom documents (e.g., StratCom framework, integrated communications plan ICP) with regard to IEA aspects. - Develop measures of effectiveness and measures of performance for JSEC ICA, and contribute to operations assessment (OpsA) as part of J3 Division/Joint Assessment Branch. - Contribute to specialized processes such as joint targeting or intel collection; participate in JSEC meetings, boards, and working groups; support StratCom-related boards and meetings. - Rep
