As the primary contact for customers in Commercial Operations, you will drive revenue performance management, including customer acquisition, campaign execution, and performance reviews. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular interactions with assigned accounts and by coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions. You will build and manage strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, managing expectations, and ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Delivery, Marketing, Product Management, and Content teams. You will prepare and analyze reports on KPIs, including acquisition and engagement campaign performance. You will plan and execute internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and functionality. You will analyze customer requirements and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
