About the role

XTM Group is seeking a Customer Success Consultant in Greece to be the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. The role aims to ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within our Translation Management platform. The position is hybrid, and candidates based in the Athens area should be flexible to attend the Marousi office three times per week.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customers’ business goals and align offerings accordingly.
Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts; monitor usage and identify growth opportunities.
Encourage customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, and referrals; act as voice of the customer internally.
Proactively address issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Develop deep product knowledge; stay updated on product changes and industry trends.
Manage renewals and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, measure health, and predict issues; continuously improve knowledge across XTM products.
