We are launching a collaboration with a fast-growing home goods e-commerce brand serving customers across the US and Canada, and we are looking for a bilingual Customer Experience Team Lead to join the project. Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. This is a fully remote role.

In this position, you will lead a Customer Experience team delivering English and French support via phone, email, and live chat; monitor team performance and service metrics; coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s and performance discussions; conduct quality reviews and support the team with complex or escalated cases; ensure reliable attendance and day-to-day operational performance; communicate updates, risks, escalations, and recurring customer issues to stakeholders.
