Abra SAP Department is seeking an experienced CRM/ERP Implementer and Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM projects from initial setup and requirements gathering through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have strong CRM/ERP implementation expertise, proven project management experience, and the ability to lead projects from inception, including requirements analysis, specification writing, client presentations, and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
