This role is not a classic engineering position but a business function with a strong technical component and a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities include Data Quality Automation (designing and optimizing automated processes to ensure high-quality CRM data), Salesforce Data Management (defining validation, deduplication, and data enrichment rules for clean, consistent Salesforce data), AI & Automation Development (building AI-assisted solutions and Python-based automations to streamline recurring data processes), Data Analytics & Reporting (creating SQL analyses, reports, and dashboards to monitor data quality and enable data-driven decisions), Innovation & Process Optimization (evaluating technologies like n8n or DemandTools, identifying automation potentials, reducing manual effort), and Cross-functional Project Management (managing projects across Sales, Marketing, Service and Product to advance CRM governance and data standards).
