Orange Moldova is seeking a Controller Business Partner to manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the organization. The role partners with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include budgeting and strategic planning, updating forecasts, improving forecasting models, developing financial models and profitability analyses for new opportunities and major investments, analyzing monthly results and variances, tracking key performance indicators and recommending corrective actions, driving process optimization, supporting month-end and year-end close, and delivering IFRS-compliant financial statements and timely reporting. Requirements include a university degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance; experience in reporting, accounting and financial analysis; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (Orange, Hyperion, SAP a plus); strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with diverse teams and influence decision-making; ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and good English language skills.
