TechSource is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager (CAM) to support mission-critical work at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The CAM will oversee multiple control accounts with combined budgets of approximately $20–$30 million, delivering integrated cost, schedule, and performance management and serving as a trusted advisor to program leadership with clear, actionable reporting. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining baselines, providing portfolio-level reporting and insights, analyzing performance, identifying risks and variances, and recommending corrective actions. The CAM will support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, utilize Primavera P6 for schedule planning and integration, and coordinate with project managers, technical leads, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and execution. Qualifications include an active DOE Q clearance, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field, and experience with Primavera P6, EVM, and project controls. Preferred qualifications include PMP or CAM certification and experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or national laboratory programs. This on-site role is based at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The base salary range is $120,000–$180,000 USD per year, with eligible performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
