Mercanis is hiring a Content Manager to own the narrative that turns our product, customers, and point of view into thought leadership, sharp landing pages, and content our sales team can actually use in front of prospects. You will report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with our leadership, Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate procurement insights into content that builds our reputation and moves deals forward. Responsibilities include planning, writing, and publishing thought leadership content such as articles, POVs, and LinkedIn posts; ghostwriting and shaping content for our CEO and other executives; owning white papers and reports end to end; writing and optimizing landing pages, one-pagers, and campaign copy in collaboration with Product Marketing; turning product releases into customer-facing content and sales collateral; producing SEO content; managing a content calendar across web, blog, and social; tracking content performance and iterating based on what actually drives pipeline. Role requirements: 5+ years of B2B content or copywriting experience, ideally in SaaS or another complex, considered-purchase industry; a portfolio that shows real creative storytelling; native English (German is a plus); ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and formats; a sharp eye for structure, narrative, and detail; nice to have: experience in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise software.
