You will partner with stores, design teams, vendors, and contractors to plan, inspect, and execute projects for Von Maur or Dry Goods stores. What you'll do: coordinate remodeling and construction processes for new or existing locations; travel to site locations to perform visits and monitor project schedules; develop, analyze, and review project budgets; analyze bids, negotiate pricing, and prepare construction documents with recommendations; order and coordinate installation of fixtures, furniture, and flooring; coordinate building repairs and maintenance; build effective relationships and communicate with contractors; identify and implement solutions to address project issues; be available to work on-site in Davenport, IA, with frequent travel.
