About the role

AXA Group Operations – Data & AI Office in Paris is seeking a Data Apprenticeship Community Manager. In this hybrid role (Paris 17th arrondissement, France), you will join the Data Management community of over 130 data experts across more than 20 AXA entities. You will help organize events, manage the Data Management knowledge base, and support entities across the group. You will contribute to the development and deployment of a new framework for managing unstructured data within AXA, and you will design, prototype, and potentially lead the implementation of an internal knowledge chatbot for Data Management.

You will help organize events, manage the Data Management knowledge base, and support entities across the group. You will develop: - Mastery of data management concepts (data governance, data quality, metadata, data lineage, and data catalogs) - Ability to animate and federate a community of data experts to achieve common objectives through collective intelligence - Capacity to document, standardize, and disseminate methods, guides, or procedures in English to facilitate adoption by entities - Expertise in unstructured data management - Experience in designing and deploying knowledge-access solutions - A strong internal network of Data experts within a large international organization - Autonomy, agility, and organizational sense: prioritizing, adapting quickly, and delivering concrete results aligned with organizational needs

Your profile: - You enjoy working with data and data management concepts - You solve emerging unstructured data management challenges to support Generative AI and agent-based use cases, delivering pragmatic solutions - You collaborate with multidisciplinar
