Roundhouse is seeking a Community Manager for an on-site role in Meridian, Idaho, United States. You will own the end-to-end operations of a multifamily property, including daily maintenance, leasing, and resident relations, while driving occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities include building and executing leasing, marketing, and retention strategies; managing rent collection, budgets, and vendor contracts; leading the maintenance team through turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects; ensuring safety, curb appeal, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies; and preparing monthly and annual performance reports. You will plan resident events and community engagement to foster a sense of home, and partner with the Regional Manager to set goals and align plans. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience (multi-site management preferred), strong supervisory and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of property management laws. Bonus points for a bachelor's degree and experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Yieldstar, AIRM, LEO, AppWork, or similar tools.
