The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit property management and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding resident service. Responsibilities include ensuring the complex and vacancies are ready for showings and move-ins; communicating property features and amenities to prospects; conducting showings; greeting visitors during open office hours; addressing resident concerns and maintenance requests; processing all paperwork in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements; generating renewal notices; coordinating lease activity; collecting rent and handling delinquencies; maintaining resident files and confidential information; overseeing vendor relations; supervising maintenance staff and contractors; coordinating and planning the next year's budget with the Regional Manager; and completing required reports.
