High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in residential property management or related field.
Prior managerial experience is required.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and spoken English; strong math skills.
Valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance; acceptable driving history.
