CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Community Manager to oversee on-site operations for income-producing properties across Hastings, United Kingdom. What you’ll do: - Administrative: Develop a cohesive on-site team, conduct inspections of common areas and units, enforce move-in/move-out protocols, ensure timely payroll submission, and maintain accurate records. - Financial Management: Oversee rent collection, manage delinquent accounts, complete daily deposits, monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and recommend cost-effective improvements. - Marketing and Leasing: Promote available units through approved advertising platforms and in-person showings, maintain leasing records, ensure all agreements comply with housing regulations, analyze market trends to adjust pricing and marketing strategies, and support renewals and community engagement. - Leadership: Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff; provide clear guidance and tools for the team to excel; address and resolve employee and operational concerns promptly and professionally. - Resident and Community Relations: Respond to resident concerns professionally and empathetically, ensure service requests are resolved promptly, and maintain a safe
