You will manage two properties, ensuring readiness for showings and move-ins, clearly communicating property features to prospects, conducting showings, greeting visitors, and handling resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner. You will process all paperwork in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements for new applicants, recertifications, and renewals, generate renewal notices, coordinate lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs, and handle rent collection and delinquencies. You will maintain resident relations, manage vendor relationships, document all correspondence, and ensure all safety and confidentiality requirements are met. You will supervise on-site staff and contractors, support marketing efforts, stay current on property descriptions and Fair Housing laws, and coordinate budgets with the Regional Manager. Travel to assigned properties and trainings is required.
