We are seeking a Community Manager to supervise the on-site team and oversee the complete operation of a residential community.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Supervise on-site staff and maintain strong tenant relations
Ensure prompt, courteous service to residents and address concerns promptly
Achieve occupancy targets; perform resident income recertification where applicable
Direct and ensure proper execution of rental programs
Oversee maintenance operations and personnel; ensure building systems are functional
Conduct regular property inspections; prepare condition and maintenance reports
Communicate with Regional Manager and Owner through TMAM leadership
Manage reporting, purchasing, budgeting within approved constraints
Interview prospective residents, verify eligibility, and handle evictions/lease violations in coordination with Regional Manager
Collect rents and maintain financial records; perform site errands as needed
Establish and enforce site procedures; coordinate with regional management
Develop and implement resident events and activities
Attend mandatory meetings and seminars
Communicate effectively in English; basic arithmetic; maintain documentation
Ensure access to reliable vehicle transportation for site errands
