RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at an apartment community in Arlington, Texas. The Community Manager will lead property staff, manage resident relations, and ensure excellent service while driving leasing performance and maintaining budget discipline.

Responsibilities include: supervising recruitment and onboarding, conducting training, approving timesheets, and performing quarterly reviews in line with company policies; driving team performance, coaching underperforming staff, and handling disciplinary actions with HR; delivering ongoing training on leasing paperwork and safety; recognizing and motivating staff to boost morale and productivity; assisting with budget preparation and providing monthly and annual financial reporting with variance analysis; promoting resident satisfaction and retention by responding promptly to complaints and requests; collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure timely service; delivering outstanding customer service; analyzing market trends and partnering with Marketing to implement short- and long-range leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals; following eviction procedures as needed; and managing owner relationships by providing updates and responding to requests.
