Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to migrate a research organization's on-site infrastructure to the cloud, based in La Spezia, Italy, with NATO security clearance. You will work with the IT team to identify and implement suitable cloud-based solutions, plan, design and develop applications both on premises and in the cloud, and manage the on-premises and cloud environments in line with security guidelines. You will lead and develop best practices for the cloud and systems engineering team, supervise on-premises and cloud system administration (servers, software installations, patch management, Windows and Linux, log analysis), and orchestrate automation across platforms. You will define project plans and backlogs, monitor execution and report, and run daily standups in an Agile environment.
