As a California-licensed Professional Engineer (PE), you will lead land development projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, technical quality, client coordination, and the preparation of engineering reports, analyses, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The Civil Senior Project Manager – Land Development also provides daily guidance, technical support, mentorship, and training to engineers and designers. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager ready to expand leadership responsibilities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth. Responsibilities include managing multiple civil engineering land development projects, developing proposals and budgets, coordinating with jurisdictional agencies to obtain approvals, and supporting business development within the assigned region.
