This executive will lead our global Engineering and IT organizations, partner with Product leadership, and drive modernization, cloud transformation, and AI integration to improve productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

What You'll Do - Define and own Sana Commerce's technology vision and strategy to support growth and position us as the leading B2B eCommerce platform. - Build and maintain a technology roadmap balancing innovation, scalability, operational excellence, security, and long-term sustainability. - Inspire the organization with a clear technology vision and ensure engineering strategy aligns with business and product objectives. - Evolve the platform from a modern SaaS application into a highly scalable, cloud-native architecture and ensure alignment with product leadership on investments. - Elevate engineering performance by providing strategic leadership to global Engineering and IT, ensuring reliable, scalable, and predictable execution. - Champion modern software development practices, architectural discipline, cloud transformation, security, and platform modernization; leverage AI and automation to improve development, testing, quality assurance, and engineering efficiency. - Reduce technical complexity through standardization and automation while continuously improving
