Netcompany is seeking a Business Analyst (Applications & User Testing) to coordinate and execute application testing activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. The role involves identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects, escalating and following up with technical teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaigns to validate delivered fixes and enhancements. You will monitor recurring application incidents, analyze root causes, and maintain issue documentation and knowledge repositories. You will track change requests to ensure alignment with approved business requirements and procedures. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues.
