Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain solutions for acquiring, processing, analyzing, and displaying information via Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform, including websites, dashboards, visualizations, workflows, applications, graphs, and charts. 2. Evaluate data sets, platforms, and visualizations; recommend usability, automation, and effectiveness improvements; support process and system improvement initiatives and deployments. 3. Support requirements gathering, data collection, organization of unstructured data, and corporate information management across business units; coordinate ongoing maintenance. 4. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement; track inputs and action items from tools and meetings; analyze feedback to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps. 5. Develop dashboards and reports that capture KPIs, labor and budget estimates, forecasts, production metrics, and other program information; create reporting structures using Excel, Power Platform, and related tools. 6.
