Multnomah County's Department of County Assets (DCA) is seeking a Building Data Controller to join the Tech Team. This role serves as the BIM subject matter expert for county-operated facilities and building systems, developing and maintaining highly specialized 3D facility models using Revit and supporting the lifecycle management of more than 170 facilities. Responsibilities include BIM implementation and Revit model production, advising leadership on technology requirements, and mapping future business processes to preserve assets. You will coordinate with Architecture and Engineering firms as the primary technical contact, ensuring their Revit models integrate with internal facility systems, and onboard external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows. Additional duties include database management, cataloging and standardizing project drawings, updating AutoCAD drawings, and producing specialized resources. Training colleagues to navigate systems such as Bluebeam, Google Docs, and Masterworks will be part of this role.
