HELIX Environmental Planning is seeking a Biology Project Manager to help shape habitat restoration and environmental consulting initiatives in Southern California. Based in Pasadena, California, this employee-owned firm offers in-house design, implementation, and monitoring of restoration projects—from growing native plants to long-term success monitoring—within a collaborative hybrid work environment (three days per week in the office).

As Biology Project Manager, you will lead diverse biological resources projects across Southern California, guiding habitat restoration planning, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and collaborating with clients to prepare technical reports, manage project teams, and support business development. You will develop restoration and conservation strategies, oversee environmental review processes (CEQA/NEPA as relevant), and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients, while occasionally performing fieldwork.

Salary will be based on qualifications and/or experience, with an expected starting pay range of $91,000 to $115,000, plus a robust benefits package.
