As BDR Team Lead International, you will lead and coach a team of BDRs across international markets in partnership with the Head of Business Development International, while staying hands-on in the field to help drive quota attainment. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to strengthen go-to-market execution. Responsibilities include: Team Leadership and Coaching (1-on-1s, call and sequence reviews, and developing effective prospecting playbooks with scripts and email frameworks); Performance Management (monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive improvement); Direct Prospecting (stay active in the field, book qualified meetings, run social selling, and collect market intelligence); Recruitment and Onboarding (hire and onboard new BDRs quickly); Cross-Functional Collaboration (work with BDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, HR, and Operations); Intelligence (provide competitive and market insights to Product, Marketing and Sales).
