ForTech Solutions, a technology integration company serving residential, commercial, and public-sector clients throughout Southern California, is seeking an experienced AV and technology integration Project Manager. This on-site position is based in Los Angeles, California. The Project Manager will own the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of assigned AV and technology integration projects, working directly with clients, technicians, subcontractors, general contractors, designers, vendors, and internal ForTech teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Key responsibilities include: Take ownership from sales/design handoff through closeout; Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, schedules, manpower requirements, and installation priorities; Coordinate project kickoff and communicate expectations to field teams; Manage field coordination, site visits, and issue resolution; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and trades; Coordinate equipment and material requirements, purchasing, and logistics; Track progress, changes, risks, and opportunities; Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure proper handover to service/support teams.
