Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results. - Foster a customer-focused sales culture with exceptional service and satisfaction. - Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process. - Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. - Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
