Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join our Duncannon, Pennsylvania dealership. In this role, you will provide financing recommendations, structure and desk deals, submit applications to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. You will audit deals post-sale for continuous improvement and help expedite funding of all contracts. Qualifications include knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, familiarity with title laws and registration processes, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. This full-time position includes some Saturdays and offers a compensation model with draw plus percentage, typically in the $90,000–$120,000 annual range.
