3Shape is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to join the Lab Key Accounts team in Copenhagen. As the primary technical contact for our enterprise dental lab customers, you will build strong relationships, guide software integrations, and help customers stabilize and scale their IT environments while supporting recurring revenue growth. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Academy to deliver a superior customer experience. The role reports to the Director, Head of Lab Key Accounts Region Europe and is based at the Copenhagen headquarters by Kongens Nytorv. The position requires travel of 30–50% for onsite meetings, customer engagements and industry events.

Key responsibilities: - Act as the main technical contact for enterprise dental labs, coordinating with lab IT providers. - Review hardware specifications, server/client setups and scanner compatibility; coordinate larger upgrades across Lab Organizations, Dental System and Cloud Dongle. - Help customers establish scalable technical setups for 3Shape software and oversee LMS/ERP integrations, cross-lab workflows and onboarding. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product, network and installation issues; guide upgrades, feature adoption and new workflow implementations. Support field engineers and feed technical input back to R&D. - Proactively identify technical challenges before they impact customers and coordinate with Support, Product and customer IT teams; keep technical documentation updated and develop tests/diagnostics. - Support LabCare renewals, seat and scanner expan
