About the role

Xurrent is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our AI-driven Operations Management platform team in the United Kingdom. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on winning new business across the UK market in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will own the entire sales process—from identifying and prospecting high-potential accounts through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing—building your own pipeline, consistently delivering new business, and growing existing customer relationships where appropriate. This is a hybrid role based in London, with onsite presence required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

About the role

Xurrent is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our AI-driven Operations Management platform team in the United Kingdom. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on winning new business across the UK market in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will own the entire sales process—from identifying and prospecting high-potential accounts through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing—building your own pipeline, consistently delivering new business, and growing existing customer relationships where appropriate. This is a hybrid role based in London, with onsite presence required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a strategic territory and account plan to drive new business growth.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build, manage, and progress a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, and partner-generated leads.
Manage the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in CRM and other sales tools.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional buying experience and continuously improve the sales process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel and technology partners to identify and accelerate new business opportunities.
Clearly articulate Xurrent's value proposition, business outcomes, and competitive differentiation to technical and executive-level stakeholders.
