As the Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to meet and exceed AT&T performance standards and to deliver exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal performance goals, executing sales and operations initiatives, assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, and developing team members. You will work in a collaborative, energetic environment and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications include management experience in a similar field (required), retail or customer-facing sales experience (required), ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coach others.
