The role supports the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the store team to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal and store performance goals, executing on all sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner, maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, developing and training team members, assisting customers in making informed buying decisions, and contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. The successful candidate will have management experience in a similar field, retail or customer-facing sales experience, the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Bilingual ability and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods and occasional lifting. Salary ranges from $27,560 to $52,560 per year base plus commission.
