Overview: My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer with more than 180 locations across the United States, is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its Dallas, Texas team. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to provide outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.
Meet and exceed personal and store performance goals; execute and exceed all sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner; assist the Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance; develop and train team members; help customers make informed buying decisions; maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment; collaborate with teammates to achieve both individual and team goals; participate in marketing activities designed to maximize daily selling opportunities. Qualifications: Management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in the wireless industry; retail or customer-facing sales experience (required); ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required); demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (required); ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required); strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (required); bilingual in Spanish (preferred, depending on location); bachelor's degree (preferred); retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent; must b
