This on-site role is based in Tucson, Arizona. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal and store performance goals and AT&T standards, executing sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner, assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, developing and training team members, helping customers make buying decisions by delivering exceptional service, and participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Qualifications include management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in the wireless industry; experience in retail or customer-facing sales (required); ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required); ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required); strong organizational and interpersonal skills (required); bilingual Spanish is preferred (depending on location); bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications is preferred; and candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
