Responsibilities

Desired qualifications:

Assist the Produce Team Leader in all department tasks
Lead, train, coach, and communicate with Team Members
Daily customer interactions
Share food knowledge with customers and team members
Oversee Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation
Daily operations, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings
Drive department sales while managing shrink and expenses
Manage department labor and productivity
Friendly, customer-service oriented; interest in food
