Overview: Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to participate in an 18–24 month paid training program that covers branch operations and management. This 100% onsite role is based in Centerville, Ohio, United States, with relocation assistance provided as you advance to a Branch Manager role. Responsibilities include originating new loan business by contacting customers, educating clients on our consumer lending services, guiding applicants through the loan process, evaluating applications, performing risk analyses, making credit decisions, and supporting loan closings. You will assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and help develop and execute plans to meet sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of customer-facing sales experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to relocate for promotion.
