Makeready is seeking an Area Marketing Manager to lead marketing, programming, partnerships, and communications across Makeready’s Dallas and Houston properties. The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, and hospitality-focused, with a knack for connecting property leadership, agency partners, and internal marketing teams while driving guest satisfaction, branding, profitability, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement property-level marketing strategies aligned with annual business plans and budgets.
Collaborate with food and beverage teams to create on-brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate public relations efforts, digital updates, email marketing, and advertising needs with agencies and internal teams.
Lead local partnerships and community outreach initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
Participate in strategy and marketing calls, providing actionable insights and follow-ups.

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits:

3+ years of hospitality marketing experience
Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM platforms
Ability to travel as needed
Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
