The Application Test Engineer will be responsible for technical support, primarily handling issues from customers and partners, coordinating joint validation efforts, self-qualification, and supporting local customer engineering teams. The role emphasizes troubleshooting urgent problems, early detection of issues during product development, and coordination with internal R&D teams to gain hands-on experience with memory products. Responsibilities: - Architect validation frameworks: define, document, and oversee comprehensive test plans for CPU validation and system-level platform qualification. - Drive test automation: develop scalable automation scripts and frameworks to accelerate regression and stress testing across multiple server configurations. - Operate measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer). - Partner with key customers on memory validation and troubleshooting to diagnose root causes of memory failures. - Proactively create experiments and tooling to detect and diagnose memory issues. - Develop and publish updates on resolutions and communicate findings internally. - Lead discussions with external and internal teams on test specifications and methodologies to continually improve test quality. - Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
