We’re seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our IT team. This hands-on role focuses on two areas: maintaining our internal Microsoft 365 and Azure environment (Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and acting as a technical point of contact for our clients’ Microsoft 365 tenancies. You will contribute to onboarding new clients technically and serve as a go-to escalation point for our Support and Onboarding teams. Responsibilities include: supporting and maintaining our internal Microsoft 365 and Azure environment; acting as a technical contact for clients on Microsoft 365 tenancy issues; completing technical setup for new client onboarding and troubleshooting; providing escalation support for 1st Line Support and Onboarding; automating routine tasks using PowerShell; building and maintaining internal documentation and a knowledge base.
