What you will do: - Support customers and collect requirements and issues - Manage and own tickets (incidents and service requests) - Monitor ticket status and update the progress of requests - Analyze impacts and assist in identifying solutions in collaboration with the AM and development teams - Provide application assistance, monitor systems, and perform checks in production and test environments
