Pacific Aviation is seeking an Airline HR Business Partner for an in-person role based at the Burlingame Office near the San Francisco International Airport. The HRBP will lead the strategy and execution of all HR efforts for several teams totaling about 360 employees, with occasional travel to San Jose, California and Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities include owning full-cycle human resources functions such as employee relations, training and development, benefits, workers’ compensation, leave coordination, talent acquisition, policy adherence, payroll issue resolution, onboarding and offboarding. Key attributes include a people-centric approach, proactive collaboration, organization, and a willingness to leverage technology. Requirements: five or more years of HRBP/HR manager experience (including HR generalist experience); onboarding and recruiting experience (three or more years); knowledge of total rewards (compensation and benefits); strong employment law knowledge; five or more years of employee relations experience; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is a plus but not required; travel up to 20%. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 depending on experience, plus bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional development.
