You will design, build and deploy GenAI agents to transform digital customer and employee experiences across channels. You will develop, optimize and productionize automation solutions with AI/ML methods to analyze structured and unstructured network data for actionable insights. You will work with large datasets to prototype, fine-tune and monitor LLMs and AI models in cloud environments. You will track market AI trends, propose high-impact opportunities and lead pilot projects with clear success metrics. Qualifications: At least 1 year of GenAI experience and knowledge of key actions that help deliver successful projects.
